A short Biography of the success of Viaggindia® and its owner / founder Mr. Kesar Singh.

Mr. Kesar Singh was born on 7th august 1978 in New Delhi, India, in a middle class family.

In 1998, due to the financial problems in his house he has to stop his study before high school and had to work as office boy in a small travel agency situated in Rajendra Place, New Delhi and his salary was 1000 rupies per month (approx 22 USD).

That travel agency was specialized for Japanese clients, and the owner of that agency wanted that Mr. Kesar would learn Japanese Language and start to work as a Japanese speaking guide in India.

Mr. Singh wanted to learn Japanese language but he had to bring the certificate of high school so he was not able to learn Japanese language.

In the same week he found the publicity in a newspaper of Italian culture center in New Delhi to learn italian where was no need to show any certificate.

The fees for a 4 month course was 1200 rupies, and he was in short of rupies 200, which he borrowed from his neighbor and to refund these 200 rupies (approx 4 USD), he had to clean the cars of rich people living in front his house in Delhi.

The first day in the class room of Italian language he found that it was impossible to him to learn Italian as the whole course was in English and he was not able to understand nothing, he came back to his house and started to understand italian grammar, he felt that the italian language was like his mother tongue.

In the starting of year 2000 he was the topper student and won the scholarship from govt. of Italy who awarded him study for 3 months in Italy at Università per gli Stranieri in Perugia.

When he came back to India in October 2000 he started to work as a freelance italian speaking tour escort / interpreter.

After only 3 years of experience in tourism (in 2003) he bought a computer and started to work as a small travel agent in India specialized for India, Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan.

He worked day & night to have success in Tourism specially for the clients living in Italy and final in 2005 he shifted his office to a big office in Bhikaji Cama Place (a well-known business center in Delhi) in the same year he bought also 20% share in a small travel agency situated in Torino - Italy.

In Jan. 2005 one of his friend in Italy suggested him to register the trademark Viaggindia® in Italy to protect the rights to use exclusively this trademark created by Mr. Singh.

Again in the year 2009 he invested 1,40,000.00 euro to buy 30% shares in a 21 years old italian tour operator "Mikrotour" who was sending his clients to India through other Indian travel agency, now Mr. Singh is CEO of this italian tour operator.

In July 2009 he is waiting for his first son and finally he is living a happy life.

His motto of the life is "The biggest form of the courage is the courage to create".
